| 3. Value proposition. For many software vendors, the true value of an application can only be realised when accurate and meaningful data is applied. Therefore, many vendors are exploring a partnership between applications and data to deliver the strongest value proposition to their client base. |

4. International markets. Application delivery is becoming truly global, with companies looking to extend distribution and operations into new markets and countries. This will create new requirements for market entry analysis, sales, pre-sales and implementation support.
