Steve Edkins Managing Director
Steve has over 25 years experience within IT and business services, and is one of the founding partners of FusionAI Partners LLP, holding the position of Managing Director of FusionExperience. He has held senior positions in large multi-national corporations. In his previous role as Deputy CEO of DST International, Steve led over 1500 employees and was responsible for global service revenue of over $150 million across the UK, Europe and Middle East operations. In this role Steve was also responsible for all International M&A activity. Steve held other executive positions at Sherwood Computer Systems, Premier Systems and Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Rod Homer Chairman of the Board
Rod is a Business Director and Managing Consultant who has strong management and strategy skills coupled with broad and extensive IT experience, developed and exercised at senior levels in a variety of environments. He has keen insights into business objectives and processes, and extensive practical experience in strategic planning and bid management, both as a supplier and user. His management expertise includes corporate IT and profit centre management, business unit creation, product management, sales support and market development. Rod has extensive knowledge of the financial services industry in UK, Europe and beyond.

Les Mitchell Management Committee Chair
Les has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 25 years and held various senior operational roles and directorships within a number of investment companies, banks and third party providers. He has considerable experience in delivering transformational projects to time and to budget, across a range of tasks including technology transitions, outsourcing, migration, fund transfers, implementation projects and mergers.

Ali Peerbhoy Chief Financial Officer
Ali is a seasoned executive and a qualified accountant with 20+ years experience gained in broad range of industries. Most recently he was the Group Finance Director responsible for Finance & IT for an independent SME manufacturing company with operations across the UK and Far East. Ali takes responsibility for Finance & Administration across the FusionExperience group of companies.

Laurence Shaw Head of Business Development & Marketing
Laurence Shaw is a founding partner of FusionExperience, and has over 25 years experience in IT and business services. His most recent role was Senior Vice President of International Operations for Keane. Laurence grew Keane’s international operations from $20 million (500 staff) to $300 million (4000 staff). He orchestrated a $500 million deal to install contactless smartcard solution to the State of Victoria Melbourne. Laurence has also held executive positions in Headstrong, Premier Systems and Drexel Burnham Lambert. At both Headstrong and Keane he was the driver of two separate private equity fund raises, $200 million for Headstrong and $850 million for Keane.

MBA qualified, David leads consultancy at FusionExperience. David founded the consultancy division at Tiger Consultants in 1998, and has over 20 years of practical investment management experience. He has specialised in overseeing strategic reviews undertaken on behalf of clients and is well known within the product supplier community with a deep understanding of the available Front Office applications.

Freddie McMahon Head of Customer Experience Practice
Freddie is a thought leader for experience-based services using sense and respond technologies for delivering faster and smarter. He has been at the forefront for measuring intangibles to deliver superior financial outcomes. Freddie was previously CEO of Decisionality, which pioneered artificial intelligence for human interactions leading to the best fit outcomes. Freddie has held senior executive roles in major financial organisations both nationally and internationally typically leading transformative change. He has twice been responsible for strategic innovation at NatWest and Norwich Union respectively.

Ian Wilding Head of Experience Design
Ian has extensive experience leading client and agency side innovation teams, applying user behaviour trends, new technologies and market intelligence to transform the way in which products, services and information are delivered across web and mobile devices. He has been instrumental in architecting a number of solutions within the financial services sector specifically focused on lifestyle based banking, event driven communication, virtual advise and community banking.
Ian was formerly the CEO of System Minds, which focused on the strategic design of digital experiences predominantly within the financial services sector. Specialising specifically on delivering a strategic vision through shorter term initiatives that are linked to underlying performance metrics

Joanne Lewis Head of Business Support
Joanne is responsible for the day to day management of Business Support Services - supported in her role by a strong senior management team. MBA qualified, Joanne keeps a close eye on understanding clients’ requirements and guiding the company as it evolves in response to changing needs. One of the Founders of Tiger Consultants, Joanne has led the organisation through a period of rapid growth and the subsequent integration within FusionExperience. Prior to Tiger, Joanne worked for several software and solutions companies in a variety of business focused technical roles.
